- Introduce yourself.
My name is Renatelee Titler and I am a bestselling author that writes under two different pen names. Leigh Titler- Dark Fantasy/ Paranormal Romance. Kitten- BDSM Erotica. I have always had a love for the written word but with my Dyslexia made it hard for me to read and write. I was told when I was little that I would never make it as a writer because of my disabilities. So, I chose a different field as a career. I worked with the mentally and physically handicapped childern and adults. Eight years ago I was hurt at work and was told that I could never work again, and I fell into a deep depression. My husband was cleaning out my office of and came across my folder of short stories I wrote in college. He came to the living room and dropped them in my lap and asked what it was, so I told him. He and my sister Sonya told me to write, so I did. They believed in me when I didn’t. Because of their unwavering belief in me I an proud to say I am now a bestselling Dark Fantasy/Paranormal Romance author.
- What are the titles of your bestselling/ award-winning/ latest or current books?
The Princesses of Aadya Trilogy. Aadya’s Curse, Returning to Aadya, and Aadya’s Battle are my bestselling books. Kayah’s Tears is my current WIP. They are written under the pen name Leigh Titler. The first book in my Submissive Series by Kitten releases 3-30-23.
- Have you won any awards, certificates, honors, or sticker for your books?
I am a new author so I haven’t earned any yet except for being a on the Amazon’s Bestseller.
- What are your hobbies when you’re not writing?
I love fishing in the gulf, scrapbooking, reading, and spending time with my family.
- What advice would you give to upcoming authors?
Go after your dream don’t let anyone try and stop you. Make sure you research before you publish. The best way to get your book written is to sit down and write worry about editing after you get your book finished.
- Do you have special events such as book signings, book giveaways, or contests?
I am getting ready to set up a sign up for ARC readers for Kayah’s Tears. I am also going to set up a give away for a couple of free audiobooks for Aadya’s Curse and Returning to Aadya.
- When did you first become a writer? And why?
I believe if you love to write you are already a writer, so I guess I became a writer when I was seven.
